She attended the Experimental Senior Varvakios School in Athens from 1983 to 1989.From October 1989 she was an undergraduate student of the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA), from where she obtained the Diploma in Electrical and Computer Engineering in July 1994. From October 1994 she has been a research student at the Digital Communications Section, Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Imperial College London.
