Wei (Victor) Li was born in Tianjin, China.
After completing his BEng degree in Information Engineering at Beijing
Institute of Technology, he developed a great interest in wireless
communications and pursued a Masters degree in Communication Engineering at the
University of Manchester (UMIST). In December 2004, he
successfully obtained an MSc degree with Distinction, scoring an overall
average of 81%. He is currently studying towards his PhD degree under the
supervision of Professor A. Manikas in the Communications and Signal Processing
Group, Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Imperial College
London.
